Speedstep can be used to change the colour of an image.
Repeated patterns can be created.
And developed into multicolour patterns
Simple ready made garments can be developed into different designs, with the basic shape set.
Speedstep is a useful programme to be used in schools as it gives students who are not confident in their drawing skills the chance to be creative and take risks with their designs.
This is a really good start.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you put in stuff about SpeedStep - although this wasn't mentioned in the Module Task brief, it is a very important piece of software that is frequently used in schools.
I know you haven't finished yet, however, make sure you are writing some evaluations and reflections on how you went about these CAD drawings, noting any issues or problems you overcame etc.
